Shipping Policy

At Vrindavan Aushadhiya Misthan Bhandar, we prepare our products — herbal sweets, achaar (pickles), and sirka (vinegar) — in a clean, hygienic environment using natural ingredients with no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. Every product is factory-sealed before dispatch, ensuring the highest food-safety standards.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to the following regions within India:
- Uttarakhand — all major cities and towns including Haridwar, Dehradun, Rishikesh, Roorkee, Haldwani, Nainital, and surrounding areas.
- Delhi NCR — Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and surrounding districts.
- New locations — we are actively expanding. Delivery to other states will be assessed based on courier feasibility, packaging integrity requirements, and product shelf-life. Contact us at +91-7705072989 or via WhatsApp to check serviceability for your location before placing an order.
2. Shipping Charges
Delivery charges apply to all orders and are calculated based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Delivery destination (within Haridwar, within Uttarakhand, or outside state)
- Courier partner rates applicable at time of dispatch
Applicable shipping charges will be communicated to you before order confirmation. We do not inflate shipping costs — we charge only what the courier partner charges us.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Within Haridwar / local delivery: Same day or next business day.
- Uttarakhand (outside Haridwar): 2–4 business days.
- Delhi NCR: 3–5 business days.
- Other locations: 5–8 business days (where serviceable).
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, natural events, or remote locations. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.
4. Packaging & Food Safety
All our products are factory-sealed packed food items. Once sealed:
- There is no possibility of adulteration during transit — the seal integrity is visible on delivery.
- Products contain no added artificial flavours, colours, or synthetic preservatives. Natural shelf life is maintained through hygienic preparation and proper sealing.
- Our kitchen and packaging unit maintain strict cleanliness standards consistent with food safety practices.
Outer carton/box packaging is selected to protect the inner sealed product from physical damage during transit.
5. Unboxing & Receiving Your Order
⚠️ Important — Please Read Before Opening
We strongly recommend that you make a video of the unboxing process when you receive your order. Begin recording before you open the outer packaging and continue until all products are visible. This video protects both you and us in the event of any shipping damage claim.
- If the outer box/carton appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, do not accept the parcel or make a note of the damage with the delivery person before accepting.
- Inspect product seals immediately upon opening the outer box. If any inner product seal is broken, document it with photographs and/or video immediately.
- Claims for damaged or missing items will only be entertained if supported by clear unboxing video or photographic evidence.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier tracking number via WhatsApp or the contact number provided at order time. You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or relating to this shipping policy, or any order placed with Vrindavan Aushadhiya Misthan Bhandar, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarakhand, India.
