Garima Upadhyay is the founder of Vrindavan Aushadhiya Misthan, the family-run Haridwar sweet shop with stores in Shivalik Nagar (BHEL), Jwalapur and Navoday Nagar, and a new store opening near Shantikunj.
She works across the kitchen and the counter — tasting each batch of amla barfi, choosing fruit for murabba, and talking every day with pilgrims and Haridwar families about what they want to take home. That first-hand experience is what goes into her writing.
